Purchasing Products
We sell premium dog food, treats and accessories on our Website for home delivery. By placing an order through the Website, you warrant you are legally capable of entering binding contracts and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a refund.
Prices on the Website may change at any time but will not affect existing orders you have already placed. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
Payment must be made online by credit or debit card at the time of ordering. We use secure third party payment gateways that encrypt your card details. We do not store your payment information.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. Delivery timeframes will be shown during checkout and on your confirmation email, but are not guaranteed. We will email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to you on delivery or collection. Check your order immediately and notify us within 48 hours of any issues. We are not liable for any loss due to delayed, undelivered or non-conforming orders beyond the purchase price and shipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide instructions and arrange collection or authorise you to return by post.
Once received and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This may take 3-5 business days to process after the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We guarantee refunds for items that are damaged, defective, materially different from the product description or do not conform with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Sale items or custom/personalised products cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. Perishable items cannot be returned unless spoiled or unfit for consumption.
